Street Cleaning
On Thursday, October 8th, Mid-State Industrial Services will begin cleaning the Community streets starting at approximately 8 a.m.
To facilitate ease of passage and more thorough services, please park personal vehicles in garages and driveways.
Service Vehicles will make multiple passes over the roadways.
Park ONLY on the West and South Side of the roadway, limiting parking interruptions to one side of the roadway.
DO NOT PARK IN THE ALLEY WAYS ON THE DAY OF SERVICE
Park only in the direction of traffic and do not park past the gravel shoulder.
Owners are responsible for notifying their tenants of this scheduled service.
Neither the vendor nor AMS will be responsible for any damage to personal property as a result of this service.
West and South Sides of the roads may be used for temporary parking on the day of service. (Map has been marked to indicate areas of appropriate parking). Directions are approximate and allow for the most continuous flow of service along sections of each roadway.
Ice Cream Social
Join your neighbors for ice cream and time to chat following the annual HOA meeting. Hosted by the connections committee.
Annual Meeting
This meeting will include votes for board members and trash relocation.
The Connections Committee will also host an ice cream social to follow.
Yoga + Coffee
Yoga + Beer is teaming up with Prismatic to bring Yoga + Coffee to the Pringle Creek Community!
We will be gathering a few times this summer for a midday practice on the lawn with Mikki, with time for coffee before or after practice. Class is a 60 minute, all-levels flow yoga class. Suggested donation of $5-10per yogi.

Sample delicious organic heirloom tomatoes grown in Pringle Creek Community’s historic glasshouses and curated wine provided by Salem’s chic downtown Bar Noira.
Enjoy live music from Phoelix Music, and an exclusive tour of the Urban Farm.
A Toast to Tomatoes
Join us in historic Painters Hall at the Pringle Creek Community (PCC) to celebrate the bounty of the Willamette Valley and support the Sustainable Living Center's (SLC) programs!
Sample organic heirloom tomatoes grown in the PCC Urban Farm's historic glasshouses and curated wine provided by Bar Noira - Salem's chic and exclusive downtown wine bar. The event goes from 5:30-8:30pm.
Each ticket includes:
5 tastings of paired wine* and tomatoes
Samples of additional specialty tomato varietals
Small savory and sweet bites
Non-alcoholic beverages
Tours of the Urban Farm and the SLC's Fir Grove
Live music by acoustic singer/songwriter Phoelix Music
Additional wine will be available for purchase.
Proceeds support SLC's current and future programming and the future of the SLC Fir Grove.
*Kombucha tastings from Rhythm Craft Kombucha available in lieu of wine upon request (please note in ticket selection)
We encourage carpooling and taking public transportation!

National Night Out
Join your neighbors for a night out! Bring your own picnic meal — the community grill will also be available to use. Play ping pong and pool at Painters Hall or bring games to play on the lawn. Plus, the Connections Committee will provide ice cream — just bring toppings to share!
